Well Well Well

Well...Its been a long time since I have had a post in this site and I am generally very very impressed by the work I have seen from the staff here. A lot of regards and best wishes to MicScoTho and all of those old school staff who were here and best of luck for the development. I would also like to apologize as I just disappeared from the site and am unable to maintain constant communication with it but would just generally like to give a thumbs up and pat on the back for all this community has managed to accomplish.

Best wishes and regards

Well to make up for our lack of releases before the War Factory yesterday, we're throwing you all a render of the Reds Nuke Silo à la RA2. Feel free to check it out at our newly re-vamped screens page, and as always at our ModDB profile. Keep checking back as we'll continue to release stuff throughout the coming weeks.

New Mod Announced; Screens at AAOW

CNCRenEclips has annouced plans for a Generals: Alpha mod, with the goal being to recreate Generals with some stuff from the Alpha. Sounds interesting, no doubt. They plan on bringing back a number of units and things that were cut, as well as some of the 'Officer Club' extras. More details at the site.

In addition, An Act of War, a Zero Hour mod, has released a great deal of screens and renders at their site. Seen below is the M2A3 Bradley troop carrier, sporting missiles capible of shooting vehicles, buildings, and aircraft.

New Poll and Poll Results

I finally updated the poll today, after forgetting about it for a while. This time, I've asked you to rate yourself as a ZH player (and be honest!). Head to the right sidebar to vote. The results from the last poll are below. I'm actually quite surprised so many of you said Tiberium Dawn was your first CNC. Maybe the community isn't as young and new as I thought....

CNC has been around for over ten years. Which CNC game was the first one you owned?
Tiberian Dawn
Tiberian Sun/Firestorm
Sole Survivor
Red Alert 1/expansions
Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge
Generals/Zero Hour

New 'Boss Generals' Mod Annouced

The following has been making its way around the community:
MaD-X game and mod design is proud to announce the homepage and promo video release of the professional expansion-modification, Command & Conquer™ Boss Generals.

Beyond 15 new maps, a dozen new upgrades and powers and two new soundtracks per side - including the main title from the renoumned composer Frank Klepacki, Boss Generals for C&C Generals™ Zero Hour sports a revolutionary gameplay design in which players taylor their armies with increasingly powerful units and upgrades as war rages on, until assembling each player's vision of a dream "Boss" army.

A full-featured website and forums were set-up in cooperation with our partner, Gamereplays.org, and we're on full speed for the imminent release of the mod. Don't miss checking the promo video, if an image is worth a thousand words, a video is certainly worth a million. You can check the Boss Generals promo video both on streaming mid-quality or as a high quality download at our site: www.bossgenerals.com.

Thanks for your attention, MaDDoX
