I kinda feel like some of the subfactions are off-character or overlapping with each other here.
USA - pretty much what it was in ZH
Mecha Warfare - so walkers, exosuits, right? Does the EU already do this?
Experimental Warfare - Lasers? Plasma tech? Solar tech?
Rapid Deploy - Interesting one. A Rushing USA would be a nice change of pace.
China - Pretty much like in ZH
Red Army - Cannon Fodder General? Either that, or we have a "Highly trained troops general."
Special Weapons - do you mean fire?
Electronic - Off-character. But would be interesting.
GLA - same old
Covert Ops - Stealth General.
Assault - Vague. And off-character. It doesn't fit the description you have for the GLA.
Chem Warfare - Toxin General.
Russia - sounds like China, I'm p-sure there's lots of other things to describe the faction.
Mass Production - Again, Cannon Fodder General?
Electromagnet - EMP General? Hm.
WMD - Russian SW General/Turtle General? Or the "I only have weapons that hurt" General?
EU - P-much RoTR EU. But it overlaps so much with USA.
Adv Tech - VERY Vague. What does constitute as Advanced Tech, hm?
Def Ops - Okay, we got a legit Turtle General here.
Mecha Assault - how does it differentiate from Mecha Warfare?
PPA - New Ideas. Sorta.
Nanotech - Self-repairing/healing troops? Nano chest-bursters? Hm.
Macrotech - do you mean, Mecha? If so, we have three factions witb relatively the same theme.
Special Assault - HYPER Vague. What can be offered here will be a surprise.
Also total conversions mean that you don't use assets from the original game or modified it enough to differentiate it from the original game.
So uh. Its a lot of work. Maybe if you can get a dedicated modding team assembled.
