APOC has returned, and he's posted an update here on the Official Forums.  In case you don't want to read the whole thing, here are the major points:

• New Official C&C Podcast this Monday, featuring Grace Park, Mike Verdu, Amer Ajami, Greg Kasavin, and Chris Corry
• Delays in online stats are improving and being worked on
• The team is working on a back-end fix to foil disconnectors
• World Builder has a high potential for release this coming week
• The Mod SDK is being worked on and is APOC's personal priority
