Not possible since RA2 is not 3d model they all just 2d images but can be changed in many directions or sides more like 3d. You need to find RA2 mod for General or you modelling it yourself. This will be tough project.

Actually, it was infantry and other intricately animate objects like the Terror Drone that were 2d sprites.

Tanks, vehicles and boats in RA2 are 3d models. But if you zoom in, it is actually made up of small 3d cubes-- this is called a voxel. It's like pixel art but 3d.

Though of course, no compatible model from RA2 can be imported onto Generals. You'll have to make it yourself or have someone make the 3d models for you.

Anyway what RA2 Tank do you want converted?

Although ra models can't be imported it seems like the developers where working on a possible rts version of renegade or a 3d version of the first cnc game. becuase they had did a few models like the mammoth tank and the hand of nod. I know this dosnt answer anything you want. But still kinda interesting

What might interest you is the Gla has a airfield just its not implemented. It has textures and bones I think all that needs to be done is a building has to be moved becuase its on the airfield. I was using it in my big mod. Generals 2014-07-07 15-06-01-30.png (735kb) downloaded 50 time(s).

There's also a destroyed gdi war factory and a full nod war factory.
But in the w3dzh.Big it is called the UBArcCmd.W3D its towards the bottom. If you kinda pan threw all the models with final big you find quite a few things in the game models and almost ready to go. Tanks infantry. Gla even have an unused power plant. Ideas of snowmobiles 3 different kinds of scorpion tanks. Even normal general's has some secrets lol guess they ether forgot about them or just didn't care.
