For units traversing water, simply have a locomotor with a SURFACE including WATER.

If you want the unit to swim-- you can animate it via ConditionState = OVER_WATER

For units traversing water, simply have a locomotor with a SURFACE including WATER.

If you want the unit to swim-- you can animate it via ConditionState = OVER_WATER
