Unfortunately disguise counted as Stealth which all the turret has ability to detect the stealth. So your passive stealth and disguise will be blown when getting close to a turret. So it's not useful and Enum : SPECIAL_DISGUISE_AS_VEHICLE is a hard coding which won't allows you to disguise as an infantry but vehicle only.

If you want to deploy a dummy that so strong to draw attention to all enemies in that area while you're sneaking into their base. That would work.
