I installed Real Threat ZH, and every time I try to play it an error message appears saying I have encountered a serious error. Is there a patch or something I need?

Did you update your copy of Zero Hour with patches v1.03 or v1.04, by any chance? |

C:\Documents and Settings\AuroraAlpha2<--- (Thats me but whatever you are.)\My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data\ReleaseCrashInfo.txt Then, isn't this mod built for an older patch? If so, that might be the case. AuroraAlphaHL2

I know this is an old thread but I have the same problem after installing Real Threat Mod. My Zero Hour is fully updated and no mods are installed besides RTM. Game crashes and I get error message before I can play a skirmish. Uninstall RTM - no problem; reinstall RTM- problem. Did you try ZH with the 1.02 patch? We're not sure if something in 1.03 or 1.04 will crash the mod. |

Thanks for your quick replies. Most of the many, many mods I've tried out lately are old and they still work fine with my updated ZH. I managed to play the Generals version of Real Threat but only noticed a few modifications plus the B2 was next to useless so I don't think I'll bother uninstalling/reinstalling my ZH. Thanks anyway and keep up the fine work. Oh yeah, if a person says in a sarcastic way (I guess) "ISN'T THIS MOD BUILT FOR AN OLDER PATCH?" then someone might read it as a query (question mark) rather than a definitive statement. I probably would have understood the meaning better if instead one were to say "THIS MOD IS BUILT FOR AN OLDER PATCH." Edited by user Sunday, September 25, 2005 4:51:25 AM(UTC)

It says on the site that you can get old war-time weapons, (and here comes the dum question) is this permanent or can you go back to the normal generals, like 2 different games almost? |
