Hello
After some thought and planning im now confident to work on the next version on the few days i have left before my huge holiday abroad, so i though i might as well try and get another general out! As the stealth general fell behind with votes and has some implications that cannot be very readily fixed I chose to work on the Nuke general as USA has already 2 generals done for it...
On the next few hours ill be working on at a blazing speed to see how much i can get out of it.
My plans are currently doing some tweaking for better performance and the nuke general of course. Ill keep this window open and report on my progress real time, even if there isnt a large audience for it, it will give myself a reference of how fast i work.
Enough of chatter and let me get to work
19:14 - WORK STARTED
19:17 - Programmed priorities for both Fai's migs and nuke migs
19:20 - Added build queues for 3 nukes for nuke gen, fixed cheating amount for nukes for all chine gens (5000 instead of 6000)
19:22 - Removed expansion limits for nuke gen, sped rate of building of supply centers
19:24 - Sped up Fai's attack waves, Improved power plant building routines for both nuke and AF generals
19:27 - Added dozer replacement and building routines for nuke general, improved inf generals likelihood to place mines
19:29 - Removed stupid upgrades from nuke general such as nuke tanks and uranium shells
19:31 - Nuke general now builds mines and later upgrades them to EMP mines
19:34 - Added smart nuke logic for Nuke general so it wont fire two nukes at the same place at the same time (now that it has up to 3 nukes its a must)
19:37 - NEWSFLASH!!!! OMG i just noticed all scripts are doubled, yes theres a duplicate of everything and chances are that i cannot save it and if i do it wont work and it takes so long to delete them all ill test it and if it failed start again

... ill find out what happened and now backups will come every 15 minutes
19:41 - WB is verifying the scripts and i unlocked this topic, fingers crossed but pessimism ahead
19:46 - It seems WB stopped responding so i lost all the work so far due to that duplicate script problem. Experience is a hard teacher because it gives you the test first and the lesson afterwards
19:50 - Starting again i realized now that al scripts are TRIPLED yes, 3 of each, a 5mb file!
ill revert back to v0.61 from the site and hope for the best
19:52 - Ok got the scripts to work again... Ill be doing all i done up to here again (except i wont screw up and do it 2x faster)
20:01 - done nukes, dozers, Mig priorities, etc.. backing up..
20:10 - Done all the stuff i done before the crash.. added smart SW logic for the SWG, who suffers the most at firing multiple SWs at same time for no extra effect
20:13 - Added some money management system for the nuke general
20:15 - Quick break - was on the phone... starting work on teams
20:26 - Teams done as far as i can see before the first test... more overlords, more and smarter planes, more balanced groups etc..
20:36 - after another phone disturbance i just about finished the money management system for the nuke general, added extra base defenses, improved bunker filling logic and increased number of hackers made
20:43 - OK ill have to go now, but ill be back in a few hours, need a rest from working so fast as well (dont wanna get carpal tunnel syndrome)
SECOND DAY
22:21 - done a few test matches (ouch 4 hours) and changed teams, fixed couple of bugs and added some missing entries on the money management system as well as changes in the build order (eg barracks after reactor)
