Did you mess with the INI files? if so, theres a problem on the line "TunnelNetworkGun" that you should arrange at "Data/INI/Weapon.ini"

Hey wait I changed the INI.big file the one in the game and it gave that error so I have to add a new big file why

This is a common issue of when you didn't save or arrange the correct .ini files, this will be easily solved by replacing INI.big/INIZH.big with the new one. Or, you can proceed to modify the .ini files yourself while fixing the issue. If you dont know where the issue exactly, worldbuilder crash reporter (aka wb.DebugLogFile.txt), by simply opening world builder
