Hello.
I need some help with creating a weapon for a unit in FinalBIG. I'm not using TibEd 2, cause I keep getting problems if using it. Anyways, I've fixed everything else but the weapon for the unit, and just can't seem to find a way around it.
I'm using the demolition general's QuadCannon, as this new unit is for demo general in the first place. QuadCannon because it's a quad based veicle only in tank version, so I added the Scorpion locomotion and movement sound.
So here's the thing, I've duplicated the QuadCannon's weapon from Weapon.ini and renamned it to QuadTankGun. Unit name is QuadTank. I also put the text from weapons.ini inside of Demogeneral.ini, but it just won't work.
I've also changed the name of the weapon at the unit itself to make it use the right weapon, wich in this case will be QuadTankGun.
Everything else works perfectly, the model, textures, locomotions, Command button and command set. The only thing I need to figjure out is how to make a working weapon. Any detailed explination is appreciated.

Weapons go in the weapon.ini Nowhere else. |

And don't edit stuff in finalbig, extract the files first, then edit them |
