Hello C&C Labs Team,

I’m a map creator and have published several maps on this website, such as:

Free For All (3 Players) – which has nearly 10,000 downloads, and

Dirkt Kiling – which has around 6,000 downloads,
along with many other maps.

My problem is that I can’t access my email or account anymore.
Whenever I try to recover my password using my username or email, the system says that no such username or email exists.

I really need your help to solve this issue. I’m willing to provide any proof or information you need to confirm that this account truly belongs to me.
I just want to continue working on my maps and upload new ones, but I don’t want to start over with a new email.

I believe my username might be Ramadan, since that’s the name shown as the map owner/creator on all my maps.
However, I’m not 100% sure if it’s my actual username or just the display name used for my maps, because the last time I accessed my account was about one or two years ago.

Please help me recover my account or email.
