Game crashing at the load screen

The game crashes at the load screen after the intro movie with the message a serious error ocurred,so i ask is there anything that can be done? Also here is the crash log: Quote:Release Crash at Mon Oct 19 11:09:59 2009

That's a generic error. We can't tell what the problem is without knowing more. The only thing I can suggest is to uninstall, delete the game directory to clear any mod files left in there, and install again. Plus you should run the game in compatibility mode for windows XP if you're using vista and patch the game if you haven't already. Edited by user Monday, October 19, 2009 1:59:51 PM(UTC)
