Hi all,

All out of sudden i am starting to have connection issues ... i have not change any internet setting but i am getting Error "unable to connect with other player[s]" Anyone have any solution ??

Check firewall settings, or have the person on the other side check their own firewalls, and make sure the game is on the exceptions list (Or turn off firewall completely).

hi , i could play a higher % of quick play now after switching off firewall . However , i am still finding the same issue on custom game section. Any idea how i could fix this ?? Thanks alot !Thumb Up

By any case you have less control over custom games considering other people may have their firewall active or doesn't have the game listed as an exception. You might want to ask everyone about the issue first before game start. If it still occurs than the problem may lie elsewhere, such as router issues and such.

It's also good to keep in mind that the connection is not always your fault. The more players you have in a custom game, the more likely someone will not be able to connect to somebody else. It's a fairly common problem.

Does it matter if i am using wireless connection via a BT router ???

I think it probably have some effect to a certain extent, but considering you are able to get into some games means it's probably not it...
