What are the default installation folders for Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath?
By default, Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars is installed to:

Where can I find the World Builder to make my own custom maps for Tiberium Wars/Kane's Wrath?
The World Builder tool for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars was not included with the retail version of the game. It is available as a separate download. World Builder requires that Tiberium Wars be installed in order to run.
The World Builder tool for Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath was included with the retail version of the game but it was hidden on the disk.
[Disk Drive]:\Worldbuilder\
To install the World Builder tool from the disk, copy "CNC3_wb_1.0.cfg" and "WorldBuilder.exe" into your Kane's Wrath folder. The default installation path for Kane's Wrath is:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\
Alternatively, you are able to download the World Builder tool from our servers.
To install the World Builder tool after downloading the files from our servers, extract the archive with a program such as winzip to your Kane's Wrath installation directory. By default it is:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\
Where can I learn how to make maps using World Builder?
EA has provided fans with a 100-page manual detailing how to use the World Builder program. The manual is included with the World Builder program download above, but we also provide it separately here for your convenience.
Also included with the World Builder program is a readme file that explains the very basics of how to get a custom map up and running in C&C 3.
How do I install custom maps? Where are custom maps installed?
We provide a very easy to use tool for installing custom C&C 3 maps downloaded from fansites like this one. It's called the C&C 3 Map Manager and is freely available for download here.
Custom maps can also be installed manually by placing them in the Command & Conquer 3 Maps folder. Files for each map reside in their own folders within this Maps folder. The location of the C&C 3 Maps folder depends on what version of Windows your have installed.
For C&C 3: Tiberium Wars:
- Under Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Maps\
- Under Windows Vista:
- C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Maps\
For C&C 3: Kane's Wrath:
- Under Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps\
- Under Windows Vista:
- C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps\
Where [USER_NAME] is your Windows Logon user name.
Note that under Windows Vista, the AppData folder is hidden by default. To enable the viewing of hidden files and folders in Windows Vista:
- Open Windows Explorer from your Start Menu
- Click the Organize drop-down, then Folder and Search Options.
- Click the View tab in the Folder Options dialog that appears.
- In Advanced Settings, turn on Show hidden files and folders.
- Hit OK.
