The Generals version 1.3 patch is now online!  Let's hope this solves some problems.  Here's the info from Harvard:

Dear C&C Generals players,
Patch 1.3 is live. You may download manually from:
Generals Downloadable Patches

Or simply log into Generals Online and the game will update automatically.
