Turtle Rock Studios has been formed by a group of ex-Westwood employees, including Michael Booth, who worked on Yuri's Revenge, and on Generals for EA. They're currently not developing any RTS's now, instead working on a Source-based first person shooter. Still, it'll be interesting to keep an eye on them.
