One year ago yesterday, Mark Skaggs, producer of Red Alert 2 and considered to be in charge of the next C&C, announced via community e-mail that Red Alert 3 would be the next project in the C&C Universe. Clearly, it hasn't happened, and Skaggs has left EA to form his own studio, Trilogy Studios. You can see the page we made last year for the announcement here. One year has passed, and I think the only thing we can be certain of is EA not doing RA3 for a while, if ever.
