Description

This map is a very fun free for all and 2 v 2 map. The map is based on a nice city occupied by the Allies. Great attention to detail is on the map e.g.: all cars are on left hand side of the road (I'm Scottish). This map has great replay value and even the computer is hard to beat on this map. (best played on the internet, though it can take time to transfer to 4 players)
The tunnels: The tunnels in this map work most of the time, but on occasion, units refuse to use the tunnels and decide to take the long way round. The AI very rarely uses the tunnels. The best way to make use of the tunnels is to position your units between the dark pavement fields beside the road at the entrance to the tunnel and then order your units to go to the other side of the tunnel or to position the cursor to order your units to enter. You usually need to be able to see both sides of the tunnel.
Resources: Several ore fields, 1 gem field, 1 tech power plant (given at start so you do not need to capture it (triggers)), and 3 oil derricks to each player. Tech machine shop in centre of map and 4 airports located near corners.
Tips: Bases may seem very easy to defend at first but that can soon change, keep an eye on tunnels, your oil and any other tech buildings. Keeping oil derricks intact is the key to winning, because if they are destroyed you will have to spend your money very carefully.
Please note: At the start of the game you already have a tech power plant under your control.

Description

This is a large temperate map for 6 players. (2 vs 2 vs 2)
There are 2 oil derricks for each player to start with and 3 airfields to capture. They are situated on islands with the mysteriously haunted Easter Island statues next to them.
On this fairly large map there is room for naval, air and land warfare so use your resources wisely!

Three Paths

Description

This well-made map is built on three levels, two starting postitions on each end, and three ways to reach your enemy's bases. The highest path containing gems, the middle oil derricks, and the low valley full of ore.
Note : It's better to play on teamgame or ally with the player next to you in the early game, or expect a bloody close-quarters battle, before you can even consider taking on the guys opposite you.

This Is War

Description

This is a very large map, both in-game size and file size. This map weighs up at a lot so if played online, broadband is required, along with decent computers on the end of the connection; it can be played against the AI, but the AI doesn't perform, so it is not recommended.
The map is highly detailed, set in a city with good recources and a 4v4 setup. Tech goodies are laid around the map, with little ore available. Lighting is set for nightfall, with lamposts giving a lot of available lighting. Map offers superb team battles, as long as requirements are met by all users.

The Ultimate Battle

Description

This map is designed to be, well, as the name describes, the ultimate battlefield. It is a team map, nearly 80% water, and resource-rich. The map is set up for positions one, two, and three to be on one team, and positions four, five, and six to be on the second. The team members start fairly close, and nearby each group are 9 oil derricks, and an enormous ore field, filled with ore mines. The groups are divided by a massive ocean, with two small islands in the middle, and a small land piece in each of the North-West and South-East corners.

The Ghetto

Description

This is a two on two map with two citys separated by a river. You get lots of room to build a huge base but defending may be a problem because there are many angles to have an attack on your base from. To get to your city there are two points, the small bridge in the center of the map and the base in the north corner of the map.
This map is best for online play. The AI sometimes won't collect ore.
