The Global Liberation Army has finally developed powerful aircraft, but are they too late? The war is nearly over, and America and China are almost victorious. At the last minute, GLA tacticians devised a plan that would throw the entire war off its rails. Nevertheless, with very few resources this will prove to be one of the hardest operations the GLA leaders have experienced. 

This map is the first mission of the GLA Campaign, the prelude to D-Day GLA and part of Newgate's Continuation Series.

Prehistory:
"A week ago in Laverton, near Lake Cary, Australia, a terrorist attack occurred that destroyed several dozen residential buildings and killed more than 400 people. All this happened due to the detonation of explosive trucks that were hiding under the guise of ordinary vans. According to our intelligence, the attack was planned and organized by one of the GLA commanders, who soon disappeared somewhere in the Victoria Desert. However, its location was not so difficult to calculate.

GLOBAL Mission Objective: Find his refuge and capture the commander himself for subsequent deportation to prison and interrogation.
In the course of numerous reconnaissance not far from his refuge, an old American outpost was discovered. This will provide you shelter during the storming of the palace. Colonel Barton will help you with the operation. Good luck, general!"

I apologize in advance for errors on the map. They are, but not many, and I could not fix them. But some of them you yourself can fix.
!!! SPOILERS ARE POSSIBLE !!!

1. After the cutscene, you can see the part of the map that is not available.
Solution: press alt + tab and deploy the game again. Now everything is displayed as it should have been.

2.After the first part of the mission, when Barton captures buildings, you cannot click on them.
Solution: just click on the mouse wheel and everything is normal.

A mission for Zero Hour

"Please read the mission brief that comes with the game before playing"


You play as Colonel Burton who has just crashed his plane in the Himalayas and has to find his team, then escape these treacherous mountains from the GLA.

Known Bugs:
-When playing this map for the First Time, Pathfinder’s & Colonel Burton’s weapon may not function after reaching the plane and gaining radar.

-While playing this map or restarting, there is a small chance that your game might spontaneously crash. Save often to prevent data loss.


This map is the sequel to The Western Front and the prelude to Secret Mountains. And part of a new storyline.

With a special thanks to SkyMix_RMT for his feedback and playtesting. AdrianeYves[DeathScythe] for your great support, testing and guiding me through the final stages of development, and to UnknownEditor for your own modifications and creative input. Thank you C&C labs and all the people there for posting bug fixes and INI modifications.
