You need to edit the C&C3 Worldbuilder cfg file. Depending where you install the mod, those BIG files should be mentioned if you want to edit those mission maps coming out from this mod. The maps should be placed in C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Maps (if you're in WinXP).

It's in the C&C 3 install directory.

I created my own SKUDEF file in note pad with the following contents and put it in the mod folder (mutant.SKUDEF):
mod-game 1.9 add-big Mutant.big
This is what my CNC3_wb_1.0.cfg contains (be sure to replace [username] with your account name:
try-add-config C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods\Mutant\Mutant.SkuDef try-add-config Lang-german\1.7\config.txt try-add-config Lang-english\1.7\config.txt try-add-config EnglishAudio\1.7\config.txt try-add-config Movies\1.7\config.txt try-add-config Core\1.7\config.txt try-add-config RetailExe\1.7\config.txt add-search-path big:
