| I have a problem with my map. When i try to load it to play i have an error (sorry, serious error occurred). I don't konow what i did wrong. Can you help me? I used tutorial from this webpage. |

| this happend to me to. i had a trian in my map, i delted all the waypoints for the train to follow and took the script off and then the map worked |

| Yes it usually happens when there is a scripting error. I would disable all custom scripting and try the map. Activate scripts one at a time to find an error. You can also export any scripting you've done to save it elsewhere then delete them all from your map and test. If the map works then you'll know the problem is in your scripting. You can then import them back in and look for the problem. Errors though can happen for many reasons so it might not be related to scripting. Have you added a map.str or map.ini file? Incorrectly done will crash the game when loading it. You can always upload a "zipped" copy of the map to the forum and someone will look at it. |
