You might already have them sorted out but I was having a play around with TIBSUN FS SDK and made a few interesting aircraft.
First up a bomber that should be perfect for the forgotten and different from the other factions bombers..
Forgotten Bomber
Image as the gas spreads it damages buildings and verchals alike but is deadly to infantry turning them into viscoroids.
Forgotten air transport.
Same as GDI's old troop tansport rest is easy
Forgotten banshee fighter.
Image of the old Tibsun nod banshee but is purly an Air to air fighter, Firing Tiberian shards that rip through aircraft and infect the pilots although the scrin are immune to the poison the damage still effects there ships.
Just thought i would trow it out there

Interesting suggestions. The air units have already been created--there's one, the Impact Drone, we've already made public--but you're not far off with one of your other guesses.
