i was just thinking that since those trailers are looking so awesome, why not release a BETA mod? or at least a Sample (1 set skirmish game)
i'm probably being stupid and not realizing some crucial factor though, but just an idea.

There will be a beta version in the future, though I don't know how private it will be. They are usually a lot of work to coordinate.

It seems to me that some people in the community got the idea from somewhere that we're nearing release. We're really not that close to release that the beta or lack thereof is our biggest concern.

oh well, i got the idea from how the trailers look...
i'm looking forward to the future release no matter how distant.
mod already looks top-notch, can't imagine what the beta let alone final version will look like in the future
if no beta then how about a few more trailers as the mod progresses?

I imagine there will be, but trailers take a long time to make. Blbpaws spent a large chunk of time making those trailers.

We'll have another trailer in the future. It's important to remember that the more time we spend coordinating beta tests or making trailers, the less time we spend building, refining, and testing the mod. It's a balance.

We are hoping for the full thing this winter or spring, and there will be a private beta beforehand.

I cant wait for this mod <3, thank you for bringing the forgotten back into the limelight before EA brings them back with CnC4.
Also just wondering who will be able to test the Beta?

That hasn't been determined yet. It will be a limited number to make getting feedback easier.
