Hey i still kinda new at the world builder, but im getting a hang of it ..
now-- i just made a nuke bomb launcher thing to transfer to me when i start the game,
and that DID work like i wanted but i dont know how to get the timer on the right side of the screen
like when i create a superweapon myself... hope you can help me...

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, because I can't think of any situation where it would not display.
Still, it's under Unit-->Special Power-->Special power countdown timer -- display

You might want to attach your map to the post. If you're using a standard unit/building and did the transfer correctly, I don't see any reason why the timer wouldn't show. It should show without having any special scripting.
