Im thinking of making a small one person mod just for the fun of it and would love to know if anyone has a good idea for a mod out there. Im thinking something around the low areas in warfare (gas bombing, ambushes, hit and run) Something that wouldn't need many more unit models (I suck at skinning and infantry) but would still provide a new way of playing generals.

I think a good mod would be hit and run and Evacuating, all buildings have an evacuating button so you can release at least 5 units.

Well you could create a few new generals by utilizing some of the specialization of the existing nine generals. You could mix and match structures/units and give them new abilities and such. Like giving an EMP Patriot an ability that surrounds it in microwaves like the Microwave Tank or something, which would help it against infantry since the EMP kind of sucks against infantry.

With creating new generals where does it define which ini is being used to find the units? Also if I had the time would it be a good idea to make every infantry unit into a "squad" like c&c3

All INI files inside the Object folder are read, so there isn't any need to specify which INI file corresponds with which general.

So I can have a unit which has refrences to another object in another folder, Ex. create this object (weaponObjects.ini) when object (in New General.ini) dies?

Yes, as long as both objects are error-free.
