For a newwer vesion of all-stars 1:that insted of haveing it cover over generals it should be it's own programe itself. 2:have a world-builder program 3:being able to play as just 1 general not the whole generals team
For a newwer vesion of all-stars
Not sure if that'll happen...
1:that insted of haveing it cover over generals it should be it's own programe itself.
If you're willing to create them an engine to work on.
2:have a world-builder program
Already there.
3:being able to play as just 1 general not the whole generals team
If you're willing to discard the AI for most of the factions, make balancing a total pain and allow the Iron Curtain feature to be removed.

O_O They're not planning on updating All-Stars any more? Aww...it looked so cool, but I was gonna see if eventually they got all nine factions separated out. XD I know it's a dream, but that would be totally awesome, just since then we'd have more a choice in units and such...*shrugs* I still think it's cool, though...

The members of the team have either dispersed or moved on to either The Forgotten (C&C3) or The Red Alert (RA3)
