Ok 1.How do you make your own background for world builder(like the background on my computer for the desktop) 2.How do you change what some objects look like and what they do 3.How do you make your own objects(like if you want to make a new super weapon)

1. Still not quite catching what you want to do here. Do you mean the ground textures? 2. How objects looks depends on their model. For more information on 3D modelling, go here. What an object does is defined by their codes. As I am not a coder, I'll leave this bit for a coder to answer. 3. See 2.

Ground textures are stored in the Terrain.BIG file located in the game's directory. To edit them, you would need a software capable of editing TGA file formats and a .BIG extrator to extract them out of the compressed files. Besure not to add edited files back into compressed files as they can potentially cause problems. Adding new textures into the game will require some coding as well. Be aware though, edits made to your game will not show up on other people's games unless they also have the same modifications. Read the descriptions I put up before each link on the 3D modelling downloads topic, it should tell you want you need.

Those descriptions should tell you want you need. If in doubt, download everything except the first link and last link. The last link is an tutorial that will show you how to make your own models, after which you can import and edit existing ones.
