First of all, this is in the wrong section. But anyway, I don't quite get what you're trying to do. From what I'm hearing, you want to make a billboard or a sign post object change its image into something else and back again. Please rephrase what you're trying to do.

The Maps and Mods section is where I would expect a scripting question. Here's a little ping pong script which spawns one phone booth then removes the other phone booth. You can change the units to what you wish.

Unfortunately, there is no scripting line that would allow you to change the time of day. I played with changing the time of day by using the "fade to black" effect. It looks pretty cool but there is one problem. When the "fade" mode is in affect, which is most of the time because of the slow fade, unit status bars are not visible. Although I think the fade looks cool, I ended up removing it from the final map, as I didn't think people would be very happy with not knowing what units they have selected. Here's the coding I used. Just like the switch signs file I posted, these are script files. Extract or unzip the file to some location like desktop. Open World Builder, go to the script writing area by clicking Edit/Edit Scripts. If you've added your players to the map you'll see PlyrCivilian on the left side. Click on this folder then click the import button at the bottom of the window. Browse for the script file your looking for and click Open.
