Please don't use all caps. It is very obnoxious to read, do you go around shouting at people every day? If I can understand what you're saying, you want to make your own map. Please check out http://www.cncgeneralsworld.com/generals/zerohour/worldbuilder/, our worldbuilder section. It has various tutorials to help you better create your map. You will want to look at http://www.cncgeneralsworld.com/generals/zerohour/worldbuilder/tutorials/basictutorial/ first as it is the basic tutorial.

Best tip I’ve got for newbie map builders is open up someone else’s map and edit it, click on File then select OPEN in the menu bar on world builder, choose user map,, not system maps and simple pick a map (need other MOD maps from online play.. There already scripted and way pointed, try not to alter too much?!?!? Hea This is how I learnt about way pointing and that poly thingy.

You Scroll around World Builder by Holding down the right mouse button and draging the map. As far as the AI player not working it more than likely is because you added a player to the map when adding buildings or units before adding the skirmish players to the map. This would result in the default AI scripts not loading when you start the game. Feel free to zip up your map folder and post it here if you need help. Also look through some tutorials for more help.
