Developer tools such as WorldBuilder are notorious for the amount of system resources they consume. What are your computer's specs?

When it finally loads, is the map that comes up really big? If so, create new map with a much smaller size. That can also be done in the WorldBuilder.ini in the Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data folder.

I got this problem approximatively several weeks ago.It probably caused by a virus that infected my computer 3 days ago.

Well if the problem started before the virus got to you, then that probably is the problem. Unless the virus got to your computer & you haven't noticed it yet until three day ago. Did you check out if a huge map comes up when you load the world builder yet?

The largest map I ever made is 400x400.

Maybe you should try reinstalling the game. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do for you. Maybe it is the virus that's causing it.

But I think that limited disk space might be the culprit. My disk space is 32,1 GB.
