I have been trying to get rid of "missing" in the text and I have to make a str file but I don't know how? Also do you have to have a ini to get the computer to build because nearly all of EA game's maps have ini files.

Open notepad/wordpad/microsoft word/other text editting program and save it as "map.str" Then when you are done with that, fill in the text in this format:
NAME (Exactly the same as stated in worldbuilder)
"Text goes here"
END

If Fleetatks post isn't enough, you can check out a more detailed turorial over at cncden.com, http://cncden.com/worldbuilder/wb_chapter6_stringfile.shtml
To get the skirmish player to build, you need to add the skirmish players in the map & give guides for them so they can know that map. Check out this tutorial to learn how: http://cncgeneralsworld.com/generals/zerohour/worldbuilder/tutorials/adding-ai-to-map.aspx

Thanks for the guide for str file, but I saved it but it kept saving it as txt document, I named it map.str but no luck. Sorry, I should have been more specific about the AI building, what I ment was do you have to have an ini for single player mission and scripts to get the AI to build.

Put "map.str" in quotes, this forces it to be a string file. If that doesn't work, open an already map.str file and edit it and then save as new.
