Now, to get to the point: You can make maps for Generals with the program called "World Builder". The program is installed together with the game itself and can be found at: Start\Programs\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals\Command & Conquer Generals Worldbuilder If you need more info, please feel free to ask.
