Hey, I have the demo for CNC 3 and definitely gonna get the game. But, I want to get the video and sound effects from the demo and make my own video. Obviously, the video is encoded in VP6 and the sound (i think) in SND. I have no idea how to open either of these and I have never used a codec in my life, so could someone tell me how I can open these files? ALso, will the files be encoded the same way in the real game?

Yeah, EA switched to .vp6 starting with BFME 2 if I remember right. Sorry, I haven't messed with the videos at all myself but I hope this helps:

.vp6
.snd
I'm glad for the links, I got the codecs, and here is the part i think someone could easily help me with. I don't know how to use the codecs or what programs to use the codecs on. Could someone explain?
