No no no. My friend said that there is a progman that gives you possible to put own camra movement to make a movies from them. Like on starting movies. Camera moves around when it action and its not a free camera type.

Wait a minute, how did a replay file get into the discussion?
A replay is a pretty much a log of game as it records every player's actions and does the same thing to the same units present in the game. A replay of a game can be saved after the game ends and can be viewed by loading the replay in the game from the main menus. When watching a replay, the user is pretty much a spectator and can roam free to look at how each player plays the game.
Meanwhile, a 'movie map' is a specially crafted map where the player has control of nothing. Camera movement and everything else that happens is scripted by the map creator, and therefore, are pretty much like ingame cinematics. These maps are created from the WorldBuilder program that is bundled with the game.

I've noticed that if you do a 1 player test (with no enemy) and you click on the players button in the replay, it will move the camera around the way he was inside the game. This is most likely what he was talking about but didn't know how it happenned. (it's possible that it might work with an enemy too...)
