| This Map.ini Removes the upgrades from the china's nuke and puts it on the propaganda center (except for tactical nuke MIG which is now on the airfeild.) To use it put the Map.ini in your map's folder and it will take it's affect. (Feel free to sticky this or add to tutorials or anything else like that.)
