First of all, avoid typing in bright colors, it's a pain to read. Anyway, before a mod is installed, you should always make sure that your Zero Hour is patched up to the latest version and that it should be a legit copy. If it is already patched up and you still encounter that error, then you can try re-installing the mod, as once of the files might've got corrupted in the installation process. If that doesn't work either, you can try and re-downloading the mod or go to Mid East Crisis' website or forums and ask them about the problem instead, they should know more about their mod then us at GeneralsWorld do.

i had the same mod and it played just fine, but it had a few drawbacks

As for your problem follow the methods of pathching/re-installing as Krit mentioned. Also make sure that you have no antivirus or unecessary background programs running.
