I am messing around with my inizh folder, trying to make the game more realistic, longer range, more damage, stuff like this. When i make changes like attack range to my inizh folder units, i find no effect in the game. i.e. i try to increase marauder range from 150 to 700, but he still fires at 150 feet. Anybody know whats wrong?

you might have to increase his sight to 700 as well. sight being how far he illuminates the map.

you might also want to explain what you mean by your inizh folder as noone has one. do you mean INIZH.big or the INI files in Data/INI?

you are not supposed to edit the INIZH.big file. download finalbig and open INIZH.big with it. then in edit, click "extract all" and direct it to the zero hour directory.

you have more than one?
