Nice Screenshots! Its going to take some coding work to make a Naval Shipyard that ONLY goes in the water. I tried other mods, and you could put a shipyard on land and build one. I have never tried importing ships, so it could just be easy but with bad coders.

no, it doesnt have a death-animation.
to the pictures:
1. tech center
2. a mustic "powerplant"
3. a hover aircraft carrier with some plasma bombers
4. mobile forceshield generator
5. tornado tank
6. space ship (first one.)

Coulden't you just make a map with Space Textures to fake it? Then code the map so you can only build certain units... If you dont want to build units in space, like from a planet or something, code it so instead of starting with a Dozer, you start with Spaceships. I have seen numbers of units spawn at the start in mods, for example Project Raptor. Just make sure you dont start with a dozer and its done.

GLA and spacecraft don't exactly mix. If you want space combat in your mod, then perhaps it would be best to take the final step and make a total conversion out of it.

I tell you why the GLA have space ships!!! Just ready the details of the story:

I'm already making a total convertion!! but nobodies helping me it seems!!! So its realy ****in hard to do this all!!! And I want to let it grow up in steps. If some guys would help me I would be realy grateful!!!
What he means, is if the GLA are a stand-alone team in Skirmish games and in Multi-Player games, why would they have such great Technology? Unless you are combining the 3 together, I am not sure why they would have some. Contact me on the ICQ Messenger, I can help a little, but I cant be working full-time. I am a coder, so I wont really help you much besides that field. I can do Button Images and Logo's for the mod though, right now I only use Photoshop 5.5 so nothing special. I will be getting the CS2 Upgrade for 150$ US or less pretty soon.

If you meant the game modes in ZH Apocalypse: I just recode them. take a look at the map of "SF - Space fight testmap".

Do you have the ZH Patch 1.4??? It was created for 1.4!!! So if you dont have it..... And are you realy sure that you chose the main folder?!? Otherwise it could be that your PC is to slow (read the translated readme.txt).
If that dont work and your PC have more than the minimum system requirements I dont know how to help you then.

Thats just bad luck then, looks like you won't be playing the mod; I can tell you that its an excellent mod! Only thing that I noticed is that the Medusa side for me doesn't work, it just loads the map as if I was playing the Space Fight one, though it did work when I selected the AI to use it.

Dont play the Space fights with AI players!!! This Game-Mode is just to play against human players yet. The AI is a bug what I cant fix. I'm a bad AI coder so I could need some help for this, too.

Between all the laggy particle effects, seemingly duplicated prerequisites, spelling errors, and overdetailed models, this mod seems more like a beta than a final release.

Of course its a beta!!! did i ever said that the mod is completly done??? If its laggy on your system I suggest to decrease the details or bay a better one.
A new version is under construction. It called "C&C TPoHW: Heros & Zeros". This version will be another step to a total convertion 'cause it add and changes almost everything in the normal ZH.
BTW: I fixed the tornado tank crash. Get the update and have fun to play the america tornado tank [grin]

I'm really not a great "modder" and I find that absolutely fantastic... How do you change it? Do you have an Encoder and change the binary files? Which files do you change? Do you write a new game? Where do you find the units' pictures? I really am impressed.

I'm not sure how you went from "the real mod" to "a beta" (unless you want to reassure us that it is indeed the REAL beta version we're playing!), but other than that I only see an inconspicuous letter 'b' attached to the end of the filename: the German-only readme didn't clear things up, either.

Yeah Commie is a rad guy, and his computer is just as good! And I do back up on up the overkill with the detail on a lot of the models, for instance, the gunner on the DeNato team has a lot of detail which you can only see properly if you zoom in most of the way. This extra unnecessary detail laggs on some computers because when you have a few on screen it's multiplied, to a sh*t load of unnecessary detail, other than that it’s an awesome mod - epically to say that it's only been done by one person.

Jaymioz knows more about this than I do, but I believe that changing the skin's Blend Mode (under the Shader tab, at least in Gmax) to Additive will make the texture look as if it is a source of light instead of looking like it reflects light. As for the blinking part, that may require some skin animations, of which I know almost nothing.

Thats an animation. The transform flag calls "visibility".
In GMAX/RenX the Model will become visible on frame 8. After frame 20 i go invisible again. I just would like to know how to make this visibility effect in GMAX/RenX.
