Which of these is the best for taking out a garrisoned building.
Things to keep in mind. Most garrison's use missile dudes or mini-gunners, only two sides have a sniper and only the USA can train multiple snipers and he can detect hidden enemies.
Below Is a basic list of pros and cons of each, take cation in this list as I am a creature of habit and play with one side more than the others; so some details may be a bit.. "off".
NOTICE: Your vote should have no bearing on that unit's ability to do anything else, other than said unit's ability to de-garrison AND Your vote should have no bearing on any other units assisting said garrison structure.
Toxin tractor. PRO:Lowest cost 600, can De-garrison "out of the box", good
against mini's
CON:Weak armor, slow, weak against missile dudes
Dragon tank. PRO:Good armor, can De-garrison "out of the box", good against
mini's
CON:slow, weak against missile dudes
Ranger. PRO:Good against missile dudes, good range, can fire while
garrisoned
CON:weak against mini's and sniper, must upgraded, not cheap
unless you de-garrison 4 buildings
(Example: ranger+FB upgrade 225+800=1025,using the Free chinook
and it's combat drop 4 times costs 900)
Chinook. PRO:only non-upgrade USA de-garrison technique, automatically
de-garrisons and garrisons building, can be cheap, cool looking
CON:Lose a ranger every time, can be very pricy at 225 a drop
and 1200 a chinook, enemies can fire at it sooner than others,
slow deploy time
Stealth. PRO:Hidden from sight(mostly), airborne,
CON:need generals promotion and upgrade, cost the most; stealth is
(I think)1200+ BB upgrade 1000=2200
If I missed anything or got some thing wrong I apologize, As it is 2:30AM and I am very... yaaaawwwn... tired and I was determined to finish.

I normally go around garrisoned buildings, or use long range weapons and see what the enemy plans on doing about it (and having anti-infantry ready as soon as the building looks ready to collapse). But, out of the choices, I prefer Dragon Tank (could also go for Toxin but Dragon pwns buildings as well as infantry... 2 roles is better than 1).
Oh, and I heard MiGs can burn out troops too if it's done in firestorm, or is that just for garrisoned bunkers (that aren't Chinese)?

Missing units:
Microwave Tank (ZH only)
Pro: Long range with good armor, capable of outranging Missile Defenders, RPG Troopers and Tank Hunters.
Con: Lack weapons to fend off enemies on it's own.
Toxin Rebel (ZH only)
Pro: Cheapest of all, not effected much by Missile Defenders, RPG Troopers and Tank Hunters
Con: Easily taken out before reaching weapon range
Nuke Cannon with Nuetron Shell (ZH only)
Pro: Extreme range
Con: Low armor and slow deploy time
BTW: Is it only me or can Tomahawks clear buildings sometimes? Or was that done just in the single player missions or globally?

I forgot about the toxin rebel (I rarely use any of the special armies). I didn't know the nuke cannon's neutron could do it either. The microwave tank? really? That one I had no idea. Does it kill the units inside the building, or just shut it down?

Of your choices, Dragon tanks are the best, simply because they seem to be the sturdiest and more useful than toxin tractors.

Yeah, the Microwave Tank can clear a building, they're my manace when playing against USA in urban maps so far.
i vote stealth fighter. they can get to most buildings undetected and fire their missiles and get out quickly.

It's better to kill the building(s) with a long rang tank, rather then klling the people inside. Stealth fighter is the best choice there in the list, mostly because it's the most likely unit to survive in most of the situations were you need to clear buildings. Second choice is flash bangs, but, if used against a very alert and fast moving person, he can evacuate the building before it hits it. Third choice is the dragon tank, because if theres multiple buildings, he can hide behind one and use the fire wall to kill multiple buildings before it's in danger. Toxin tractors is good if he likes to evacuate the building before you clear it, same with tox rebels&tunnels.

But at the greatest cost...Even Flash Bang grenades is cheaper than a single fighter.

true, but rangers are slow and can easily be countered by leaving the building. the stealth fighter cannot be detected easily so leaving the building is quite hard because of that. the air gens stealth fighter also has anti missile lasers which makes it's chance of surviving against garrisons alot higher.
in the short run the flashbangs and rangers are cheaper. if used right then the stealth fighters will be cheaper in the long run.

Stealth Fighter! The phrase "U can't see me!" can make those other players wonder, Where in the world am I?
