How to make a waterfall
I used one of my maps for this called "Waterfall Valley"
First use the height brush (if you don't know what it is then see thishttp://www.cncgeneralsworld.com/generals/zerohour/worldbuilder/tutorials/basictutorial/), and cut a long hole so the dam can fit in it
After that place the dam in the cut hole and then adjust the height of the object, then have the dam's heatlh to "dead".
Last step take a lot of rocks and cover up the places where you can see the dam. That is it.

Here is the map "Waterfall Valley"
NOTE: somethings you can't hide the dam like in the picture above, there is another way to do this by using an INI, but I don't know the code.

You can also use the civilian man made object, DrainPipeFlowing. That might give a nice affect to the water fall too.

I think some one needs to make a more detailed and descriptive tutorial with images than this one. I know how this trick works and even I got lost in his words...

Very late compared to the others but i just gotta say this anyway.
I downloaded the map and i thought it was so cool, also i think its help me solve my black water problem when ever i play.
But i do agree about the detail that Krit said.
