I wanted to make a EMP laser that if it shoots any tanks it get disabled but is this possible without the shell needed for the emp patriot missile and the sphere FX, for a shorter word im asking on how or what is the code for the EMP stun

Do you mean that you want something like the Chinese ECM tank? You can also make it an AoE disable if you edit the '[color=blue]PrimaryDamageRadius[/color]' of the weapon. If this isn't what you wanted, then please explain more.

I did that but it can only shut the vehicle down and cant shoot the buildings and dont do damage> I wanted like banshee (ECM Tank) but it can do damage to buildings and infantry not just disabling tanks and without the missile jammer I like something like the Super Weapon General's EMP Patriot without the sphere effect and replacing the "shell" with a laser

Have you tried giving it a secondary weapon to let it damage buildings and tanks? Maybe some weapon with the same laser or an invisible one that deals damage while the other laser just cuts the power off? The weapon that lets the ECM block missiles is fired separately in a behavior btw.

but then if i add a secondary weapon theres a problem that the secondary dont fire is it because i had a model that can only shoot 1 weapon? i tried repeating the model of the primary attachments to the W3D model and repeating it but this time the primary is replaced a secondary but the problem is that the secondary dont work.

Look into the scorpion tank's code, it has two weapons that both shoot the same target. Maybe that will help. I don't think there's a problem if you use the same bone in the W3D model for multiple weapons.

ok so UH i realize on how EMPPATRIOT stun works now so its basically the OCL, i found it in the system.ini and i made another one but without the spheroid effect of it. also thanks for the Tips. Yeah theres no problem using the same bone on weapons its just that my custom unit isn't working properly.
