Gentool is fully designed for generals:zh not for vgen ... You can Change the Camera height at worldbuilder for a specific map or you can use edit it on game data .ini

You can add commandbuttons to the game to adjust camera zoom and pitch, did it in Zero Hour in my [url=http://www.cnclabs.com/forums/cnc_postst15430_Zero-Hour-Banking-System.aspx][color=blue]Banking Mod[/color][/url] and it can also be done in Vanilla Generals although with a slight change to the code... Normal camera height for general is about 320 which I hate it so I changed it to 1000. It's not recommended but I want it. If you want a better view and not insane like mine. Using 500-700 is best aspect.
