my son has just bought a new computer..its a 64 bit..it wont let him install any cnc game..is there any patch or way he can get to install the games..esoecially cnc generals...thanks

It has every C&C game and it only cost me £7 (from [url=https://www.amazon.co.uk/Command-Conquer-Ultimate-Download-Code/dp/B0098VNKDQ/]amazon[/url]).
If you don't want to pay, and you already own the games, and you still have the serial numbers (the ones you needed to input during installation), you could try contacting EA customer support and asking them if you could get an origin digital copy of the games (not sure if this will work for the earlier games as they're not in the store, but they are separate games in the origin library).
I used this method to get a digital copy of SimCity 4 a few weeks ago.
