Hello!
I've modified the Scorpion a little (gmax + RenX), gave it a siege animation and exported it as W3D. I did this before with minor changes (and a few other units) and it worked, the animation played in-game, all good.
However, with my new version I cannot see the unit in-game, it's just invisible. I can box-select it or select it with the select all units on screen button and it works as before, yet it remains invisible. When I put in another (older custom) unit (INI) it's visible.
I did change the unit's texture though and I assume there lies the problem. I've tried it as TGA or 4bit + no alpha DDS (which seems to result in the same filesize as the original files) and saved it in Art/Textures. (All parts of the model including its tracks are invisible though!)
Has anyone experienced this issue already or do you know what I could try next to fix this?
Thanks!

Did you spell the Model name correctly?

Yes I did! Doublechecked that, then copied the name right from the folder.
The name was 2 letters longer than the previous name so I've just tried to give it a shorter name, same issue.
EDIT: Ok the issue seems to be the texture (format?) for some reason. When I pick a premade texture from an extracted BIG file in the Art/Textures folder the unit is visible. Or do I need to add textures to a BIG file to work? Seems unlikely to me.
