All i see in the mission folder is a Detonation ini without any commandset used
i really want to use thing [+1]

I was under the impression it was a script only weapon. I'd have a look at the pad and weapon object and compare it to the nukes and see what you can do.

Building is scripted...Unit blabla starts using special power at waypoint blabla...
Is script only...Check object code in civilian ini file to see which weapon is used...
