Hi I wanted to edit a model of a unit by increasing its width by just coding I don't any tools so does anyone know how to?
And second does anyone know how to change a units name?

Depending what you mean by change the unit's name it's either very simple or very hard. Assuming you just want to change its display name in game you just need to change its entry in english.csf.

AFAIK it's not possible to widen a unit. You can change the size though.

How many slots does it take in a transport?
How many units can it transport?
Do you want to change how much space it consumes/hitbox?

Like personal space when you increase the scale of the unit nothing in its model touches some area
Maybe hitbox and space it consumes

The data at the bottom of units handles that. Geometry and such.
