Anyone know how to get more than 1 drop pod ? I did try to get 3 but what happens is that all 3 land on the same spot at the same time. I want to get them to land a part from each other.

Go and actually try to LEARN TO UNDERSTAND instead of asking simple things like that over and over. This particular case can be learned just by looking at the schema.

I think the Shockwave Artillery has an example of using code to spread out created objects.

Ok thanks CommieDog. Lauren do me a big favor and don't post anything on my threads unless you are planning to help or say something constructive. Its obvious that you must have forgotten that when you started you too had to ask questions on how to do things which is no different than when you went to school. When you start a new job don't you have to ask questions and or be trained for the job ? If you had paid attention to what I wrote,I did say that I succeeded in getting the 3 pods. I did not request for someone to do it for me and if I did, would that take anything away from you ? By the way,I do read the docs that are included with the mod sdk for the things that I want to do in my mod and they are written poorly. I want to replace a tank firing sound and I read the 2 docs on audio assets and modding sounds. All these do is to vaguely talk about music,mp3 and a complicated view of how sounds are handled. What it does not tell you is actully HOW TO CHANGE OR REPLACE A SOUND. People that write docs and tutorials like this remind me of those VCR or Video Camera salespeople that you would ask how does it work and they in turn would start to tell you about the theory of image recording :smile_gr: My mod is moving along and most of the things that I wanted are now done and those that I can't get done just because I don't know how to and can't get help to do...just won't be done. I'm still going to release it anyway so if you would like more people to join the community then please help and don't hinder.

You are wrong, I did not, at least not much, maybe 4 questions I had, but some of them couldn't even be answered, because they were too advanced already, so I learned them on the fly. I knew basic stuff from tutorials made for Generals (which from what you said you can mod) and just transferred that knowledge over to TW. In fact the xml file format cleared some things up I previously didn't completely understand. Also I don't need false modesty and claim that a good portion of "advanced" stuff was got to work first by myself and then spread around. (Using mapmetadata for other stuff that isn't their original purpose for example) It's all about knowledge transfer, which would have helped in this case too. That's also why people write the tutorials the way they do.

Keep it civil, you two.
You are wrong, I did not, at least not much
Ok so if I was wrong then I apologize.
