| is it possible to make the leaflet drop's disabling ability to be put on an aircraft's weapon or better, on a ground vehicle? i don't want to use EMP because it doesn't disable infantry |

| This should be possible. You need to use an OCL to spawn the leaflet object and attach the OCL to the weapon you want to have the effect. |
