Hello, first sorry for my English. I hope you can understand me. [grin] I'm editing the original map "Tournament Island" and I want to start the game with structures (per example: infantry or Gatling Cannon) How I can this? How I can assign, per example, a Gatling Cannon to me? Please help me. I searched in this forum and over the Internet, and nothing :( Thank you! [+1] PS: I play the skirmish game in local vs CPU, not LAN.

Hi, Welcome to CNCLabs! 1. You need to place the buildings/units you need on the map. 2. Goto the teams dialog, under PlyrCivilian create a new team called ('bonusStartingTeam') 3. Set the owner of each bonus building/unit to 'bonusStartingTeam' 2. Create a script under PlyrCivillian called Transfer. 3. Goto the 'Actions if True' tab. 4. Create new action: Team > Transfer Control 5. Control Of Team 'bonusStaringTeam' transfers to Player 'player0' If you need an example, I have attached fallen empire with bonus buildings. Thanks[smile]

DecliningAtom52, I have tested your example with bonus buildings but does not work. :( The example base are grayed, not belong to any player. I start skirmish game, I put 3 CPU players and me (using this name: Flipzz), and when play, the example base does not belong to any player. Why? What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi again, sorry about that, I rushed it without checking if it worked. I am posting this from my phone and will he unable to help until tommorow. On the example map., can you try creating a new player in the map called bonusPlayer. Then cchange the owner of the bonus buildings to be owned by teamBonusPlayer. Then change the transfer script to show teamBonusPlayer instead of bonusStatup. Sorry this is all I can think of for now.

But, how can the game, identify the "player0" as me? Meanwhile, I will continue trying options and configurations. [skull] Thank you!! [grin] [+1]

The game identifies you as player0 as in a non-lan game, you will always be the first player in the list, the second player in the list is player1.

Well this is very rare. You can see the image that I uploaded: the example base are grey; not belong to me. [sad] Anyway, thanks for your help DecliningAtom52! PS: The World Builder with your example, says: Player 'player0' does not exist. This is normal?

hi there player0 does exist however it will show it does not exist. the problem is tranfering a team/player to a player, this script does not work (well at least ive tryed it plenty time with no luck) what does work is transfer a unit to a player e.g. unit: bb01 is tranfered to player: player0 , this does work! however you must relise that you will need to put the units either on the map or spawn them and give them names so they can be tranferes to the players. 2 problems with are that enemy ai will sell any building they did not build, and were the player start will need to be taken into acount. cheers. hope that helps!

Hi flipzz! I have fixed the problem and uploaded a new map. Naming each unit was unnecessary and the problem can be fixed by creating a new player with 'FactionCivilian' I then used the 'Transfer all player assets' Action. Hope it helps!
