You have seen it before...
...when a caption appears, sometimes a miniature caption appears below it.
For example:
[color=white][b]Mission Objective:[/b]
--> Destroy this thingy <--
[/color]-----------------------------
How can i do this?
[color=green]Can[/color] [color=blue]i[/color] [color=green]make[/color] [color=blue]it[/color] [color=green]in[/color] [color=blue]different[/color] [color=green]colours[/color] [color=blue]too?[/color]

use \n in the briefing text to make this paragraph and the bolded font.
according to your example:
Mission Objective:\n--> Destroy this thingy <--
about the colour: no you cant use different colours. but you can change the colour and the font size and type in the map.ini.
but even with .ini you will not be able to use different colours in one mission, only one.
